Mark Isherwood AM, Shadow Minister for North Wales, commented on the shocking revelation last Friday.

Speaking today, after the First Minister's announcement, Mr Isherwood said:

"The First Minister said that he will receive the report tomorrow.

"To reassure people in Wales, Welsh Conservatives call for this report to be made public, and for action to be taken to ensure that lessons are learnt, and that this cannot happens again. We also call for an explanation to be made as to how it happened."
