Better rail services across North Wales

We can secure quicker and better rail services right across North Wales. But my Senedd colleagues and I need your help to do it.

With the support of local people, we’ve been getting on with delivering our plan for North Wales.

Already we have made progress. We championed the upgrade of local pharmacies to provide crucial health services around the clock in our communities. We have re-started the Cross-Party Group on Tourism, to give North Wales businesses a voice in Cardiff and challenge dangerous proposals that would threaten our tourism industry. And we have welcomed multi-million-pound investments into new sustainable jobs in Deeside, creating secure futures for
thousands of local residents.

But there’s much more to do. And people across our area have told us how important quicker and better rail services are to them. That’s why we’ve launched a campaign to secure quicker and better rail services across North Wales – including building a new station for Greenfield.

Easier access to rail services would benefit Greenfield residents and those in the surrounding area enormously. There would be less congestion on local roads, reduce the carbon footprint of journeys across North Wales, and create quicker and easier commutes for local people.

By giving your views, you can help strengthen our hand in fighting for a better-connected Flintshire.

So please fill in this short survey — and help us secure quicker and better rail services right across North Wales.
