Welsh Conservative AM for North Wales, Mark Isherwood, has praised third-sector-led projects for their contribution to changing lives across Wales.

Speaking during this week’s Assembly debate on European Programmes, Mr Isherwood, said: "Voluntary, third-sector-led projects have accessed 6% of European structural funds - almost £100 million, supporting 76,600 people. Will you therefore join me in welcoming their contribution to changing lives, providing pathways to employment and creating jobs for some of Wales’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups?"
